Simply put, HearU amplifies voices, listens, and provides support.
HearU allows individuals to share their experiences with mistreatment without the fear of a subsequent negative impact. Not only is an individual reporting the incident to someone outside of their organization, but they also have the option to report the incident anonymously.
Confidentiality and privacy are of utmost importance when it comes to HearU – these are fundamental pillars upon which the tool rests.
Workplace Facts
Many employees resist the urge to raise issues around discrimination and harassment at work because they don't want to be seen as "problematic." We're looking to change that.
